Consular Services Notice

Applicants for services should pay into the Embassy Account requisite fees (indicating their name and the type of document/service required). The payment may also be made through e-banking or at the post office.

Kenyan Nationals

It is a requirement that all Kenyan citizens residing in Switzerland  to register themselves at the Kenyan Embassy in Bern. This is a simple procedure that enables the Embassy to provide essential services in an efficient manner, especially in emergency cases.

Kenyans in Situations of  Distress

Any National of the Republic of Kenya resident in Switzerland, whether lawfully or irregularly, who may be experiencing any form of distress is advised to contact the Embassy in any way possible whether by telephone, E-mail, letter, through a friend, relative, Swiss or other Emassy’s authorities or to physically present at the Embassy in order to seek guidance. .
